Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We have a 30 day return policy. You must notify us within 30 days of your item’s arrival if you would like a refund or exchange. After 30 days the item is final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or streaming software products (including all instructional videos)
To complete your return, you will need to notify customer service at hello@musepaintbar.com with your original order number. Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which is necessary for us to process your return. We will generate a label for you and email you the return instructions. The cost of postage will be deducted from your refund upon completion. This process must be followed in order to complete the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund, credit or exchange.
Note that we cannot process refunds until we receive your original order back to us.
Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment or store credit. This is for physical products only, such as paint kits, and does not apply to digital content.
In the event that you would like to cancel or refund an order that contains a physical component (kit or other art supplies) and a digital component (instructional video), only the physical component is eligible for a refund. For these blended kits, you will receive a refund for the physical product and not the video component.
In the case of damaged items, we will replace the damaged component or the entire product (upon inspection) free of charge. Please contact hello@musepaintbar.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will reship or refund the order for you. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of arrival to your address.
Missing a Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund once you have been notified that it was processed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@musepaintbar.com.
