Shipping policy

Ground shipping is free on orders over $75 within the US. We ship from Pittston, PA and offer flat rate shipping to the continental US on orders under $75. Flat rate shipping is priced depending on zone. This charge will be calculated and added at checkout.

At this time we only ship within the United States. Muse Masterpiece Paintings are hand-painted and will be processed within 3-5 business days. All other orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status with the carrier. 

Expedited shipping is available for an added charge. We offer express 2 day shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and zip code. Expedited orders are processed same day if ordered by 1pm EST, otherwise they will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we are unable to control natural disasters and any other unforeseen delays that may occur on the side of the carrier. If you receive your shipping confirmation from us and have an issue with receiving your package or the delivery time frame, you will need to contact USPS or UPS directly. Muse is not responsible for address errors and corrections after orders have been placed.
